TIME is running out for Keighley people to nominate their Incommunities 'star tenants'.

The social housing group is seeking to reward its outstanding residents.

And the deadline for entries is July 18.

The Star Awards will be handed out at a glittering ceremony in Bradford on September 23.

Guests at the event will include gardening expert and TV judge Jim Buttress, Chelsea Flower Show prize winner and leading floral designer Jonathan Moseley and BBC Look North presenter Harry Gration.

“We have received a steady stream of entries for the awards but would love to see more," said Adrienne Reid, Incommunities assistant chief executive for neighbourhood services.

“Everyone who enters will receive personal invitations to what promises to be our best presentation ceremony ever.

“These awards are all about celebrating our caring and talented tenants who work so hard to improve the lives of others and their neighbourhoods.

“We are particularly keen to see lots of great entries from our younger customers, with two award categories aimed at celebrating the positive contribution they make in their communities.”

Other categories include individual garden/display, communal garden, makeover and star team or employee.
