A Haworth actress is to take visitors and fellow residents on a trek into the past.
Geraldine Robertson-Brown will speak about the village's industrial and social history during a ten-mile walk in the surrounding countryside.
People can join the walk without leaving their homes, for Geraldine's journey has been captured on video.
She is the roving presenter of a new DVD, due to be launched next Friday entitled Haworth Through The Lens Of History.
The DVD is the latest to be created by Bay Video Productions, run by Haworth man James Hutton and Robin Hood's Bay man Norman Scholes. James filmed Geraldine, who works as Geraldine Bell, as she walked the route through Stanbury, Ponden Clough, Lumb Foot, the Bronte waterfall, and the famous Bronte landmark of Top Withens.
There will be a public viewing of the video at St Gabriel's Church, Stanbury, next Friday at 7.30pm. Tickets are £3, available on (01535) 647150.
