COUGARS have signed former Bradford Bulls academy winger Vinny Finigan from Hunslet Hawks.
The 26-year-old enjoyed success with Sheffield Eagles, playing a major role in their back-to-back Championship title triumphs before joining Batley for the 2014 campaign.
After 12 months with Bulldogs he joined Hunslet last season, which saw Hawks relegated to League One, with Finigan scoring three tries in 14 appearances.
He is in line to make his Cougars debut on Sunday against Wales in the Danny Jones Memorial Game.
Finigan's signing comes hot on the heels of a double swoop for Richie and Darren Hawkyard from Swinton Lions.
The brothers arrive at Keighley following a decade of service to the Lions in which they helped the club to two promotions (2011 and 2015) from League One.
Richie, a full back, is a full Scottish international who came through the ranks at the Bulls prior to joining the Lions, where he established himself as one of the best number ones outside the Super League, appearing in numerous European Cup campaigns and the 2013 World Cup.
Elder brother Darren, who plays second row, has been at Swinton throughout his professional career after coming through the ranks at Huddersfield.
