CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL MOVING TRAFFIC (CONSOLIDATION)(AMENDMENT NO 2) ORDER 2013 BRACKEN BANK CRESCENT,KEIGHLEY
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 12th February 2013 under its powers contained in the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to to introduce a One WayTrafficFlow (South to North) on alength of Bracken Bank Crescent, Keighley.
The Order comes into force on 15th February 2013and acopy of the Order together with amap showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order,orofany provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order,you may,within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e.12th February 2013) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
