CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

HIGHWAYSACT 1980 - SECTION 119 PUBLIC FOOTPATHNO. 3(KEIGHLEY)(PART) AT BRADUP,ILKLEY ROAD, KEIGHLEY PUBLIC PATH(DIVERSION) ORDER 2013
The above Order made on 16th May 2013 under Section 119ofthe Highways Act 1980 will divert that part of Public Footpath No. 3(Keighley) as shown by abold continuous line on map no. 66666/T175consult annexed to the Order as follows:-
i. Length A-B - its full width of 1.2 metres which commences at point A-at Bradup, Ilkley Road, Keighley and extends in anorth westerly direction for adistance of approximately 70 metres to point B. An alternative Public Footpath will be created as shown by abold broken line on map no. 66666/ T175consulte annexed to the Order as follows:-

ii. Length C-B apublic footpath -1.8 metres wide which commences at point Conllkley Road and extends in agenerally westerly direction for a distance of approximately 79 metres to point B. This length of public footpath is situated to the east of the existing route and will cross land designated as being open access land.

Acopy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Office. Ground Floor,City Hall, Bradford during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the City Solicitor at the address given below quoting reference:- LEG/ DEVCEB/72110 by 18th June 2013. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.lfthe Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
