NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 - SECTION 257 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 82A (KEIGHLEY) BRONTE STREET TO CHESHAM STREET KEIGHLEY PUBLIC PATH (DIVERSION) ORDER 2013 The above Order made on 18th July 2013 under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will divert the following Public Footpath:-That length of Public Footpath No. 82A (Keighley), 1.8 metres wide, shown by a bold black line and marked A-B on map ref: 66666/T209/K82Aconsult annexed to the Order, commencing at point Aon Bronte Street, 100 metres from its junction with Beeches Road and continuing in a south easterly then southerly direction for a distance of approximately 87 metres to point B. An alternative public footpath will be created as follows:-A public footpath, 3 metres wide, shown by bold black dashes commencing at point D at its junction with Chesham Street and continuing in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 153 metres to point C at its junction with Beeches Road.
A copy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Office, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford and the Keighley Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Keighley during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to the City Solicitor at the address given below quoting reference:-LEG/DEV/SPN/72181 by Friday 23rd August 2013. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
