CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 PUBLIC FOOTPATHNO. 18 (KEIGHLEY) TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 429) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near Public Footpath No. 18 (Keighley) has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on that length of Public Footpath No. 18 (Keighley) which extends from its junction with Braithwaite Avenue for adistance of 100 metres
PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to persons employed in connection with the works or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of footpath. Alternative routes for pedestrian traffic affected by the restrictions will be available as follows:-
1. Braithwaite Avenue, Bankfield Drive, North Dean Avenue, North Dean Road, Public Footpath No. 18 (Keighley) (unaffected part) and vice versa; and

2. Braithwaite Avenue, Broster Avenue, North Dean Road, Public Footpath No. 18 (Keighley) (unaffected part) and vice versa.

The Order comes into effect on Monday 9th September 2013 and remains in force for aperiod of approximately four months (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED: 5th September 2013.
