ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 23 HIGHWAYSACT 1980 - SECTION 90A INSTALLATION OF RAISED ZEBRA CROSSING FACILITY ON KIRKGATE, SILSDEN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 23(2) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council having consulted with the Chief Officer of Police and informed the Secretary of State in writing pursuant to the provisions of Section 23(2) (a) and (c) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1980 proposes to install araised Zebra Crossing facility on asingle full width raised plateau 100mm high and 10m long with a6mlong plateau situated on Kirkgate, Silsden adjacent to Silsden Town Hall.
Acopy of drawing number: -R/N/AK/102481/CON-1B showing the location of the raised zebra crossingfacility may be examined at the Customer Services Office, Ground Floor,City Hall, Bradford and Customer Services Reception, Town Hall, Keighley.The documents can be made available in the form of braille, large print or recorded tape. Please contact the Development and Regulatory Law Team at the address given below should you require access to the documents in one of these forms. If you wish to make comments upon the proposed raised Zebra crossing facility you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 17th October 2013 quoting reference:-LEG/DEV/CEB/02729.
