NOTICE OF KEIGHLEY AND WORTH VALLEY LIGHT RAILWAY

NOTICE OF KEIGHLEY AND WORTH VALLEY LIGHT RAILWAY LIMITED'S INTENTION TO APPLYTOTHE SECRETARYOFSTATEFOR TRANSPORT FOR CONFIRMATION OF BYELAWS RELATING TO THE KEIGHLEY AND WORTHVALLEY RAILWAY.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 46 of and Schedule 9 to the Railways Act 2005 that Keighley and Worth Valley Railway Limited which is registered in England & WaIes No. 870851, and whose registered office is at The Railway Station, Haworth, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD22 8NJ, proposes to make byelaws relating to the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.

A copy of the byelaws may be inspected free of charge for a period of 29 days starting from the date of this notice at the following premises and times:-

Haworth Station Office, The Railway Station, Haworth, Nr Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD22 8NJ between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Keighley Public Library, North Street, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 3SX between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday or between 9am and 5pm Saturday.

A copy may also be obtained free of charge by applying to The CompanySecretary, Keighley and Worth Valley Light Railway Limited, TheRaiIway Station, Haworth, Nr KeighIey,West Yorkshire, BD22 8NJ, or maybeviewed on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway's website at

During the 29 day period, any person affected by the byelaws may make representation to the Secretary of State for Transport by writing to Joe Kerrigan, Passenger Benefits Advisor, Rail Funding & Fares, Department for Transport, Zone 4/18, Great Minster House, 33 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 4DR, email:
