CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PROPOSAL FOR LOWERING THE AGE LIMIT AT WORTH VALLEY PRIMARYSCHOOL TO INCLUDE 2YEAR OLDS
Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council intends to make aprescribed alteration to Worth Valley Primary School, Bracken Bank Crescent, Keighley BD22 7AX, acommunity school, from 13 January 2014.
Worth Valley Primary School currently caters for pupils aged 3to11and the proposal is to lower the age limit to include 2year olds. The proposed alteration will make provision for upto 32 part time 2year old pupils to be admitted into the school'snursery from 13 January 2014. The current capacity of the school is 240 and is unaffected by this proposal. The current admission number for the school at age 4(Reception) is 30 and is unaffected by this proposal.
