Public Notice. Notice is hereby given of Applications to Establish a Neighbourhood Area and Forum within Durham City Under the Localism Act 2011 and Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. Durham County Council is in receipt of two applications from an organisation to be known as the Durham City Neighbourhood Planning Forum to: establish a Neighbourhood Area and set-up a Neighbourhood Forum within Durham City. These applications include contact details, a constitution, and an OS based map showing the extent of the proposed Neighbourhood Area (as shown) through which the proposed Neighbourhood Forum seeks to undertake neighbourhood planning activity. The Council is now seeking views in respect of these applications from local residents and businesses within Durham City. Further details of these applications can found on the Council's website at www.durham.gov.uk/planning .
