LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Morton War Memorial Institute applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on the 20th day of November 2013 for a licence to use the premises at Morton Village Hall Main Street East Morton Keighley BD20 5 SP for the sale by retail of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 0900 and 2400, except for New Year’s Eve which would be between the hours of 0900 and 0200. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by the 18th day of December 2013 Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 20 November 2013
