CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (SPEED LIMIT)(NO1) ORDER 2014 ALBERT STREET AREA, KEIGHLEY

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a speed limit of 20 miles per hour on the following streets in the Albert Street area, Keighley:-Albert Street, Campbell Street, Highfield Street, Mornington Street, Un-named street forming access to Scott Street Car Park, Samuel Street, Scott Street, Spencer Street, Keighley
Acopy of the draft Order together with amap showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor,City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and at Customer Services Reception, Town Hall, Keighley
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on 20th February 2014 quoting reference:- LEG/DEV/CEB/72365 Dated this 30th day of January 2014
