ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATHNO30(KEIGHLEY)AND PUBLIC FOOTPATHNO 33 (KEIGHLEY)
TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 439) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to be carried out on the embankment of Keighley Moor Reservoir proposed to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 30 (Keighley) and Public Footpath No 33 (Keighley) intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed as follows:-
Public Footpath No 30 (Keighley) - from its western termination close to the northern end of the reservoir embankment to its junction with Public Footpath No 45 (Keighley)
Public Footpath No 33 (Keighley) - from its termination close to the northern end of the reservoir embankment for adistance of 350 metres in asoutherly direction to the southern end of the reservoir embankment. PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.
Alternative routes for pedestrian trafficaffected by the proposed Order will be available via Public Footpath No 45 (Keighley) -Public Footpath No 33 (Keighley) (unaffected part) and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 3rd March 2014 and remain in force until 2nd August 2014 though the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED this 20th day of February 2014
