NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

RORY PROCTER applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 10/04/2014 for a licence to use the premises at UNIT 11A, CHAPEL LANE, BINGLEY, WEST YORKSHIRE, BD16 2NG for the sale by retail of alcohol and to show indoors sporting events, play live music or recorded music on the following days/times: Mon-Weds 17.00 – 23.00, Thurs 17.00 – 1.30, Fri – Sat 12.00 – 4.30 and Sun 12.00 – 23.00 Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 9th May 2014. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday.
