NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Marie Harris applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 11th July 2014 for a licence to use the premises at Corner House Russell Street, Keighley, BD21 2LE at the Exchange Arts Centre for the sale by retail of alcohol / provision of regulated entertainment / provision of late night refreshment, sun - thurs 9am - 12am fri - sat 9am - 2am. Applying for variation on this licence to include online sales of alcohol and extended hours on New Years Eve and sales to be consumed off the premesis. Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 29th August 2014. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 14th July 2014
