CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER LAYCOCK VILLAGE

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce an area prohibition of driving for vehicles which exceed 7.5 tonnes in weight on roads bounded by Back Lane; Braithwaite Edge Road; Hill Clough Grove; Low Laithe Fold; Laycock Lane; Chapel Lane; Ryan Grove; Bankfield Road; Bankfield Street; Shay Gap Road; Roberts Street; Braithwaite Village; Braithwaite Road and Green Sykes Road in Laycock Village.
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford; the Traffic and Highways Service Reception, Town Hall, Shipley and the Keighley Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Keighley
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Thursday 9th October 2014 quoting reference:- LEG/DEV/ SPN/72555.
