LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Keighley Road, Silsden, BD20 0EA. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW (www.bradford.gov.uk). Interested parties or Responsible Authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 9 December 2014.
