DECEASED ESTATE – S27 Trustee Act 1925 Re: Lily NILON

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the estate of the late Mrs Lily Nilon, retired Assembly Worked, of Laurel Mount, Woodville, Keighley, who died on 25 September 2013, should send particulars in writing to Jordon Kellett at Wilsons Solicitors, 2-4 Fair Road, Wibsey, Bradford BD6 1QN by 10 April 2015. After this date the personal representatives will distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the personal representatives then had notice and shall not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representatives have not had notice at the time of distribution.
