NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Bradford Council applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 13.04.2015 for a licence to use the premises at Haworth Community Village Hall, Butt Lane, Haworth for provision of regulated entertainment/provision of late night refreshment, Monday toThursday 1100-2300, Friday 1100-0000, Saturday 0000-0200 / 1100-0000 Sunday 0000-0200 /1100-2230. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 11.05.2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 13.04.2015
