NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Francis Kaunjika applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 01st May 2015 for a licence to use the premises at Mantra House,Unit 50, South Street, BD21 1SX, Keighley for offsale by online retail of alcohol for 09:00 AM TO 17:00PM From Monday to Friday. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 29th May 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 14th May 2015.
