PUBLIC NOTICE

Call for Sites – Steeton, Eastburn and Silsden Steeton-with-Eastburn and Silsden Councils are looking at the potential availability of land for development in the area up to 2030. This exercise is being undertaken as part of the evidence base to support the preparation of the Steeton-with-Eastburn and Silsden Neighbourhood Development Plan. Residents, landowners and developers are now invited to put forward suggestions for future sites for development for housing, employment or community use. Anyone with a suggested site should complete and submit a form (available from the Clerk, Steeton-with-Eastburn Parish Council, 35 Kings Mill Lane, Settle, N. Yorks, BD24 9FD, by email to: clerk@steeton-with-eastburnparishcouncil.gov.uk, tel: 01729 825944) by 21st July 2015. Submissions will then be considered by the Councils for their suitability for use over the lifetime of the neighbourhood plan. Sites submitted as part of the SHLAA exercise previously undertaken by Bradford City Metropolitan District Council will also be assessed as part of this process. Information about sites submitted will be in the public domain and the information submitted will not be treated as confidential.
