NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENSE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003.

Michael Grimes has applied to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on the 10th September 2015 for a license to use the premises at The Waggon & Horses, Hebden Bridge Road, Oxenhope, West Yorkshire, BD22 9QE, for the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of 12.00 and 23.00 on a daily basis. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by the 8th October 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offense to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. 10th September 2015
