LICENSING ACT 2003

Alister Wiggan applied to City of Bradford Metropoliton District Council on 2/11/2015 for a licence to use the premises at Al's Ale House, 45 Mill Hey, Haworth, BD22 8NA for sale by retail of alcohol Mon - Sun 11:00-23:00. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 28/11/2014. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 02/11/2015
