ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
KEELHAM LANE, KEIGHLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 464) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to install new sewer connections to be executed on or near Keelham Lane, Keighley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Keelham Lane, Keighley from a point outside No 5 Keelham Lane to a point outside No 14 Keelham Lane, Keighley.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road or top emergency service vehicles.
Essential vehicular access to premises will be allowed for residents only and pedestrian access will be allowed at all times.
There is no alternative route available for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order
The Order comes into operation on 1st December 2015 and remains in force for a period of approximately 2 days (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 26th day of November 2015
