Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Public Footpath No. 282 (Keighley) Between Laycock Lane and Chapel Lane Laycock Keighley (Modification) Order 2013 and will attend at:
The Council Chamber, Keighley Town Hall, Bow Street, Keighley, BD21 3PA
On Tuesday 9 February 2016 at 10.00am

The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the following footpath:-
Public Footpath No. 282 (Keighley) as shown by a broken black line with short intervals on the Order Map numbered 66660/T36, commencing on Laycock Lane, Laycock, Keighley (Point A at grid reference SE 0319 4096) and extends in a north westerly then northerly direction for a total distance of 41 metres to its junction with Chapel Lane at a point opposite property numbered 56 (Point G at grid reference SE 0317 4099).
