DECEASED ESTATE – S27 Trustee Act 1925 Re: John Edward Hinchliffe

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the estate of the late John Edward Hinchliffe, retired Motor Mechanic, of 7 High Spring Road, Thwaites Brow, Keighley, who died on 3rd December 2015, should send particulars in writing to Carl Hinchliffe, 4 Glebe Street, Offerton, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 4DL by 29 March 2016. After this date the personal representatives will distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the personal representatives then had notice and shall not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representatives have not had notice at the time of distribution.
