ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 5 (STEETON WITH EASTBURN) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 507) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near Public Footpath No. 5 (Steeton with Eastburn) intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on that length of Public Footpath No. 5 (Steeton with Eastburn) which extends between Halsteads Way and Robin Drive, Steeton
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons employed in connection with the works or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on or near the said length of footpath. No access will be allowed. An alternative route for pedestrian traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Halsteads Way, Thornhill Road, Robin Drive and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on Monday 21st March 2016 and remain in force for a period of approximately three weeks (although the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED: 3rd March 2016.
