ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL GREEN LANE, EASTBURN TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 514) ORDER 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to carry out a stop tap renewal proposed to be executed on or near Green Lane, Eastburn intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Green Lane, Eastburn from a point outside No 6 Green Lane to a point outside No 14 Green Lane, Eastburn. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Green Lane (unaffected section), Lyon Road, B6265 Main Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 6th April 2016 and remain in force until 9th April 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 24th day of March 2016
