SECTION 53 - WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL THE MODIFIED DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE METROPOLITAN COUNTY OF WEST YORKSHIRE PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 282 (KEIGHLEY)
BETWEEN LAYCOCK LANE AND CHAPEL LANE LAYCOCK KEIGHLEY
(MODIFICATION) ORDER 2013
On 10th March 2016, an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order, as confirmed, is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the following footpath:-
1. Public Footpath No. 282 (Keighley) as shown by a broken black line with short intervals on the Order Map numbered 66660/T36, commencing on Laycock Lane, Laycock, Keighley and extends in a north westerly then northerly direction for a total distance of 41 metres to its junction with Chapel Lane at a point opposite property numbered 56.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order map has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford and the Keighley Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Keighley during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be purchased.
The Order came into force on 10th March 2016, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 within six weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 11 of Schedule 15 to that Act.
