Notice of a Special General Meeting of the Airedale Cancer Support Group (Registered Charity 519227)

To be held in the Sarah McKie Room at Airedale NHS Trust at 3:00 p.m.on Friday 6th May. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider the following two resolutions: 1.That the current constitution be amended so that the remaining assets of the Airedale Cancer Support Group be transferred to the Breast Unit Fund within the Airedale General Hospital Charitable Fund (Registered Charity 1050730);and 2.That the Airedale Cancer Support Group be dissolved and that the Trustees are authorised to deal with the transfer of the assets, final accounts and dissolution of the charity and its removal from the Register of Charities maintained by the Charity Commission.
