ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 79 (KEIGHLEY) FAIRMOUNT TERRACE KEIGHLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 527) ORDER 2016 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to replace gas mains to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 79 (Keighley) has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 79 (Keighley) from its junction with Fairmount Terrace to its junction with Calton Road, Keighley.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.
Alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the Order will be available via Fairmount Terrace, Thwaites Brow Road, Calton Road and vice versa. The Order comes into operation on 16th May 2016 and remains in force until 6th June 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED this 12th day of May 2016.
