ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
GAME SCAR LANE / GOOSE EYE BROW, KEIGHLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 551) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to enable Yorkshire water to carry out remedial works to be executed on or near Game Scar Lane / Goose Eye Brow has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Goose Eye Brow from a point at Game Scar Farm to a point at Akant in the length of Game Scar Lane, Keighley. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Goose Eye Brow (unaffected section), Laycock Lane, Braithwaite Road, Braithwaite Avenue, North Dean Avenue, North Dean Road, West Lane, Oakworth Road, Fell Lane, Holme House Lane, Game Scar Lane (unaffected section) and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 4th July 2016 and remains in force until 6th July 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 30th day of June 2016
