ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 18 (KEIGHLEY) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 563) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to carry out development works proposed to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 18 (Keighley) intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 18 (Keighley) at the junction of Occupation Lane.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.
Alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the proposed Order will be available and sign posted on site.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 1st August 2016 and remain in force until 27th September 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED this 21st day of July 2016
