ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
BRADLEY ROAD, SILSDEN TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 560) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to enable essential structural maintenance to a boundary wall to be executed on or near Bradley Road, Silsden has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Bradley Road from its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Bradley Avenue.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic and affected residents affected by the Order are available via Bradley Road (unaffected section), Hole Lane, Dennis Lane, New Lane, Skipton Road, Bridge Street and vice versa. The Order comes into operation on 1st August 2016 and remains in force until 10th October 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
