ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
EXLEY WAY, INGROW, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 572) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of the provision of a new water supply proposed to be executed on or near Exley Way, Ingrow, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed from a point outside No 7 Exley Way to a point outside No 9 Exley Way.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Exley Way (unaffected section), Exley Avenue, Broomhill Avenue, Ashbourne Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 13th August 2016 and remain in force until 14th August 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 28th Day of July 2016
