ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
HAINWORTH SHAW LANE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 591) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of new Yorkshire Water supply proposed to be executed on or near Moorside Cottage intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along Hainworth Shaw Lane at a point 46 metres from Moorside Cottage.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access and essential vehicular access to premises will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Hainworth Shaw Lane (unaffected section) Glen Lee Lane, Long Lee Lane, Park Lane, Hainworth Wood Road, Hainworth Lane, Goff Well Lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 17^th October and remain in force until 20^th October 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 6^th day of October 2016
