ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
HAINWORTH SHAW LANE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 591) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of new Yorkshire Water supply to be executed on or near Moorside Cottage has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed along Hainworth Shaw Lane at a point 46 metres from Moorside Cottage.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access and essential vehicular access to premises will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Hainworth Shaw Lane (unaffected section), Glen Lee Lane, Long Lee Lane, Park Lane, Hainworth Wood Road, Hainworth Lane, Goff Well Lane and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 17th October and remains in force until 20th October 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 13th day of October 2016
