ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
CHAPEL ROAD, STEETON, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 607) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of Yorkshire Water installation of meter proposed to be executed on or near Chapel Road, Steeton intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed along the length of Chapel Road Steeton between No 2 the Stables and No 6 Chapel Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be allowed. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Chapel Road (unaffected section), Skipton Road, Mill Lane, High Street and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 15 November 2016 until 17 November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 3rd day of November 2016
