OUR armed forces protect and defend our freedom each and every day, and we should never take their service and dedication to our nation for granted.
We are forever indebted to our veterans, their families and all who serve, and it is vital that we support all of our current and former armed service personnel.
It was therefore great to attend and support a drop-in held at Keighley’s Drill Hall for former armed forces personnel and their families to offer information, assistance and advice to those who have so selflessly served our country.
The event showcased a range of services and organisations dedicated to helping veterans and their families, as well as serving as an opportunity to connect with fellow veterans.
Keighley and Ilkley’s veterans will always have my full support.
Following #ArmedForcesDay, we say thank you to every soldier, sailor and aviator, and their families, who represent the very best of this country.
Robbie Moore, Keighley & Ilkley MP
