THIS photograph shows the ‘super weeds’ around the Oxenhope area that, according to Bradford Council, are treated with weed killer three times a year.

I’ve been in contact with the said caring council, but no response as to any action. Perhaps they have fertiliser and weed killer mixed up!

* A Bradford Council spokesperson told the Keighley News: "Weeds in all wards are sprayed three times a year.

"Persistent, inconsistent weather has meant our contractors are slightly behind with the spraying. We are addressing this with them."
