Top musicians from around the globe are performing at this year’s Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival.
Among the headliners at the Colne festival will be Rolling Stones icon Bill Wyman with his Rhythm Kings.
The event, now in its 24th year, will also feature legendary Cream musician Ginger Baker and Grammy Award winner Joe Louis Walker.
The bill also includes Dr Feelgood, Chris Farlowe, Nine Below Zero, Sugar Blue, Billy Branch, Ian Siegal and Charlie Musselwhite. Wilko Johnson will perform what is expected to be his last-ever gig on the Monday evening.
There will be laid-back jazz on the Sunday afternoon, with seven ‘roadhouse’ venues around Colne, along with an outdoor stage and family entertainment.
The festival runs from August 23-26. Visit bluesfestival.co.uk for further information.
