Making his annual visit to Victoria Hall in Keighley, on October 1, will be medium Steve Holbrook.

He will attempt to pass messages to people in the audience from relatives who have died.

Steve specialises in a type of clairvoyance he claims allows him to hear spirits rather than see them.

He says being a ‘clairaudient’ allows him to function as a telephone exchange between this world and the next.

Steve has worked for more than 30 years in the UK, and as well as touring the country, he regularly works on Caribbean and Mediterranean cruises.

He is friends with singer and TV presenter, Jane MacDonald, and is said to have predicted she would be on TV as part of a cruise entertainment documentary.

The following year the prediction came true as Jane became the star of docu-soap The Cruise and her debut album was a massive hit.

A spokesman said during his Victoria Hall appearances, Steve passes messages to people in the audience from relatives who had moved on to their spiritual home.

He added: “Steve claims our spirit never dies, just moves on to a different level – a spirit that retains a love for the living and a memory that will never die.

“The evenings take you on a rollercoaster of emotions, comfort and joy, from laughter to tears and back again.”

Steve also sometimes works with the psychic artist, Sandy Ingham, who draws the spirits Steve is talking to.

Steve also has written three books – Light In The Darkness, Out Of This World and Survival – relating his work as a medium and his beliefs on many areas of spiritualism.

The October 1 presentation begins at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £16 and are available by calling 01274 705362.
