Keighley Playhouse follows its season-opening comedy Duets with an Agatha Christie thriller.
The Unexpected Guest is set in the home of the Warwicks where Michael Starkwedder enters through a study window on a foggy night.
He finds the dead body of Richard Warwick, with his wife Laura holding a gun that supposedly killed him.
Michael does not believe Laura was a murderer, so the pair try to place the blame on an enemy from Richard’s past.
But nothing is what it seems in the October 14-19 production, and secrets tumble out as the audience gets to know the various suspects.
