The first Halifax Fake Festival will be held on July 12 at the town’s Manor Heath Park.
Headlining will be tribute acts for Oasis, Foo Fighters and the Arctic Monkeys, supported by local bands.
The bands all perform in a marquee while the rest of the park has traditional music festival attractions.
Organiser Danni Saxton said: “We have lots of great local bands in Halifax and this is a great way to not only showcase them but to also bring a family and community event to the area in one of our local parks.”
