Bands battle it out
Local bands are currently competing for chance to play at this year’s Bingley Music live.
Keighley Musicians Centre, above, is running weekly gigs for bands to win places on the main stage and second stage.
Competing next Tuesday are Wilson, Jake Smallbones, The Tall Trees, DownReno, Tropical Contact and Stellar Converters. The May 14 heat includes Stand Alone, The Orielles, The Ramblers, NARCS, Waiting for Wednesday and Tender Hooligans.
Two winners each night will go through to the finals on May 16, with four being chosen to play Bingley Music Live. Heats and final are the Exchange Arts Centre, Russell Street, Keighley. Visit musicianscentre.com/-emergingtalent for further information.
