Chloe Maya is just one of several young women taking to the stage this weekend for Ilkley Rocks.

Chloe has been dancing from the age of three and singing from the age of ten.

An Ilkley Rocks organiser said: “Chloe’s quirky personality and sense of style has always made her different from the other wannabes.

“She needed an outlet for her creativity and chose music as the best way to express her emotions.”

Charlotte Beal is a 15-year-old country pop singer who writes songs about her experiences with bullying and alienation, but with a positive twist.

Lucie is a 13-year-old who sings covers and original songs about boring school teachers, friends and the “gogglebox”.

Ilkley Rocks is on Saturday and Sunday, at the Hollygarth in Leeds Road, Ilkley, then at Ilkley Carnival Field on Monday.
