Aire Valley Singers and the Braithwaite School Choir are performing at Haworth Parish Church.
The players' concert on January 26 at 7.30pm will raise money for the school's literacy room.
They are helping Keighley Rotary equip the room with computers, furniture, books and language resources.
Small groups of children at the Keighley special school will use the room for individual literacy and communication work.
Rotary volunteers have already raised more than £1,000 towards the project during last year.
