Filmmakers in the Keighley area could network at one of the biggest events on the movie calendar.
Two successful candidates will each receive up to £500 to help cover the cost of travel, accommodation and passes for the Cannes Film Festival.
The pair, who can be from anywhere across Bradford district, will be accompanied by Andy Rutter at the National Media Museum in Bradford, who will introduce them to key film industry contacts.
Applicants will need to submit evidence of their work, such as a film script or trailer, which will be considered by a panel from the Bradford City of Film partnership.
A shortlist will then be drawn up and candidates will be asked to make a personal presentation and answer questions from panel members.
Last year the partnership - Bradford Council, the National Media Museum and Screen Yorkshire - chose three people to make the trip to Cannes.
Councillor Andrew Mallinson, the Council's executive member for regeneration, said: "As with last year's entries, I expect the standard to be extremely high again. It is also a unique opportunity for local filmmakers to make some important and very useful contacts who could help them boost their careers."
Contact Mr Rutter on (01274) 203311 or e-mail: andy.rutter@nationalmediamuseum.org.uk.
Deadline is March 3.
