A three-in-one set will be used by Opera North for the three productions in its spring Shakespeare season.

Verdi's Macbeth, Britten's A Midsummer Nights Dream and Gounod's Romeo et Juliette will be at Leeds Grand.

Robert Hayward plays the title role in the "fantastically exciting" Macbeth with Italian soprano Antonia Cifrone.

James Laing plays Oberon in Benjamin Britten's "intoxicating masterpiece" filled with melody and wit.

Leonardo Capalbo plays Romeo in Gounod's dramatic, ardent, melodic and extravagantly French romance.
